The universe is complex. As are ourselves.  And in fact much of the information that lies in the the external world can inform us about our own personal experience and vise versa. 

We live in a reality of micro and macrocosms where patterns and relationships hold many of the secrets to understanding how we can be with the world and people around us.

Each workshop focus on three process:
Inquiry --Observation and question asking
Discernment -- Assessment and identification
Liberation -- Taking action, building our visions

Each process is explored through the lens of developing both analytical and intuitive skills and techniques.  The material draws from popular education methods,  physics, theater and mindfulness.
